This package is for people who are serious about making big changes and doing what it takes to achieve them!
3 PT sessions a week: £1440
Packages can be paid by 3 instalments of £480

If you want to “lock in” your time slot every week then this is for you!
Peak: Mon-Fri 6-9.30am / 5-10pm + Weekends
1 Session a week: £153 a month (£40 per session)
2 Sessions a week: £285 a month (£37.50 per session)
3 Sessions a week: £395 a month (£35 per session)
(Recommended) 1 Private PT session + 2 Group PT Sessions a week: £210 a month

Off Peak: Mon-Fri 9.30am-4pm
1 Session a week: £115 a month (£30 per session)
2 Sessions a week: £210 a month (£27.50 per session)
3 Sessions a week: £285 a month (£25 per session)
(Recommended) 1 Private PT session + 2 Group PT Sessions a week: £175 a month

Choose a Personal Trainer based on results, not whether they’re cheap. Why waste money?

Pricing up a personal trainer can be difficult if you don’t know what you’re looking for. Here are a few factors involved in the desision:

  • Results. You get what you pay for.
  • Track record. Does the PT have a proven record of success?
  • Nutrition support – does the PT know their stuff? (Track record will testify to this).
  • Daily support – how much “out of session support” does the PT provide?
  • Training in private vs training in a public.
