How much does PT cost?

How much does PT cost?

• A cheap one – £15 per hour.
• Average price at DW or Virgin – £30 per hour.
• UK’s top prices – £150 per hour.

But, guess what!? …

You’re not paying for the hour – you’re paying for the value that your PT brings to that hour:

• Experience
• Knowledge
• Results
• Role model
• Track record
• Rapport / Relationship

The value that your PT brings OUTSIDE that hour:

• Nutrition (science vs pseudoscience)
• Planning / Programming
• Support

Based on our track record, I would estimate that, per unit of value (specialist knowledge, experience, support, relationships) we are one fifth of the price of the average local PT.

FYI We charge around £35-£40 per hour, depending on the package.  Check out our packages here.
