Choose a Personal Trainer based on results, not whether they’re cheap. Why waste money? Pricing up a personal trainer can be difficult if you don’t know what you’re looking for. Here are a few factors involved in the desision:
- Results. You get what you pay for.
- Track record. Does the PT have a proven record of success?
- Nutrition support – does the PT know their stuff? (Track record will testify to this).
- Daily support – how much “out of session support” does the PT provide?
- Training in private vs training in a public.
