Training Pathways

As a PT client you will choose a training pathway to help you achieve your goals:

  • Lifestyle (In a nutshell: This is a process-focused pathway. If you want to get a bit fitter and eat a bit healthier with a focus on the long-term then this pathway is for you)
  • Performance (This is a results-focused pathway. If you want to be the best you can be and like going hard at it and feeling like you’ve had a beast of a workout then this pathway is for you)
  • Weight Loss (In a nutshell: This is a results-focused pathway. If you want to lose weight and are prepared to do what it takes to achieve it then this pathway is for you)
  • Aesthetics (In a nutshell: This is a results-focused pathway. If you’re prepared to eat and train to look good then this pathway is for you)

Each pathway is programmed in 8 week blocks. This is known as periodisation and it is the most effective way to get the best results for your training. It’s a concentrated effort towards a specific goal.

You can change your pathway at the end of the 8 week training block if you wish. E.G. you can choose the Lifestyle pathway for most of the time but move on to several blocks on the Aesthetics pathway for an occasion (summer holiday, wedding etc).
