ReachFlex Power Yoga
ReachFlex is similar to Power Yoga in that it focuses on the non-meditative elements of yoga that help improve mobility and flexibility.
If you would like to move more freely with movements such as squats, lunges and deadlift, feel less “tight” or “stiff” in daily life, and reduce the potential for injury then these sessions are a must!
We won’t be meditating, as such, and we won’t be “aligning our chakras” but we will be stretching and breathing in a way that will have a range of benefits:
- Improved ability to perform weight training movements such as squats, deadlift, lunges and snatch.
- Reduced pain and stiffness in everyday life.
